FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

It is our sincere desire to make a quality Christian education accessible to those families who desire to partner with our school. Tuition is the main source of our funding, however, it does not cover the total cost of a quality education. St. Paul's Lutheran Church and gifts from families and friends of St. Paul's and BVCA make it possible for us to continue to provide excellence in our programs.

Merit scholarships are unavailable at this time; however Bella Vista distributes tuition assistance to families based upon availability of funds and need for those funds. Discounts are also available for families with more than one child enrolled.

All tuition assistance applications are handled with strict confidence.

Financial Frequently Asked Questions

How do I apply for tuition assistance at Bella Vista?

Tuition assistance applications will be available online via our TADS system. (Click here to apply)

How is tuition assistance determined?

We understand each family situation is different and personal. Decisions are based on information gathered through our tuition assistance application. Through the confidential review of TADS, reccomendations are made and then decisions are made based on funds available. We make every effort to accommodate each family’s financial needs. However, we do not have the resources to meet the needs of every eligible family who applies for assistance.

How is tuition assistance distributed at Bella Vista?

We recognize that the primary responsibility for funding a student’s education rests with the student’s family. Tuition assistance is distributed to qualified families based upon need and availability of funds. Once TADS has determined an amount of assistance, and it has been approved, it will be credited to the student’s account. The family will then be responsible for the remaining balance. All requests for tuition assistance are confidential.
